Rules:

1. No godmodding. I.e., no auto-hitting, auto-dodging, auto-killing, etc. Simply put your character can't be god-like.

2. Respect the admins and other members of the room. This means no racist, discriminate, sexist, etc comments. You get one warning, then you get a kick. Repeated offences will result in a ban.

3. No spamming or unauthorized advertising of other rooms. Art, youtube and the like are okay though, as long as you don't go overboard. One warning, one kick, repeated offences will result in banning.

4. Yaoi and Yuri are allowed, but the room is at a PG-13 rating. Anything more explicite than that and you have to take it somewhere else. Romance is allowed, but likewise, at a PG-13 rating. Don't force it on anyone- you'll just make an ass of yourself.

5. Council spots are given to those who are trusted or who have earned the rank. Do not ask to be a council member.

6. As shinobi are a withering breed, they are not all-powerful. Civillians, while a thriving group, are also not all-powerful.

7. The tailed beasts are sealed in locations not known to anyone. Creating a character with a tailed beast will not be accepted.

8. Admins are allowed a max of 4 characters. All other members are allowed a max of 3.

9. Let an admin know when you've posted a bio and be patient. We do get busy sometimes and you may have to wait to be accepted.

10. Have fun. Don't be afraid to ask for rps.
